June 1, 2005 - Sterns's ELVIS® pinball machine is still a hit with both players, operators, and homeowners alike. In celebration of the King of Rock n' Roll®, here is a list of Elvis firsts and anniversaries for 2006:

    September 9, 1956-Ed Sullivan Show.

    October 28, 1956-Ed Sullivan Show.

    50th anniversary of Elvis' first movie, Love Me Tender.

    January 10, 2006-50th anniversary of Elvis recording his first official RCA single.

    Heartbreak Hotel was his first national number one pop hit and his first gold record.

    50th anniversary of the Don't Be Cruel/Hound Dog single.

    35th anniversary of Elvis being awarded the Bing Crosby (a.k.a. Grammy Lifetime Achievement) Award from the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.

    35th anniversary of Highway 51 South being renamed Elvis Presley Boulevard.

    45th anniversary of Elvis' big hit film Blue Hawaii (and the classic love ballad from it, Can't Help Falling in Love).
